How can we help?

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states within the continental US. (excluding PO Boxes)

We do not ship internationally, to international re-shippers or to businesses that forward packages to international addresses.

What is your US Shipping policy?

Continental US orders are shipped Tuesday–Friday (excluding holidays) via US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. All ground product orders require 1–3 business days to process and up to 5–7 business days to arrive.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include tracking information. You can also track your order on your account page under “Orders”.

What Payment Methods do you accepts?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, and ShopPay.

What is your Return Policy?

At Kacadas, our goal is to help you find the perfect products for your well-being, so if you are not totally satisfied, you may return any product within 30 days of your purchase, provided that it is at least half full.

Please Note: This excludes Clearance items as they are final sale.

All in-store purchases must be returned to their original point of purchase. We do not accept exchanges.

Do you still offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, we actually started offering this service prior to the pandemic. To use Curbside Pickup, simply select it as a delivery option during Checkout.
