Sodium Chloride (Sea Salt), Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Solum Diatomeae (Diatomaceous Earth) Clay, Fragrance (Natural), Baphicacanthus Cusia (Nees) Bremek (Indigo) Powder, Ferric Ammonium Ferrocyanide (Iron Blue Pigment)
For the Bath: Add 1-2 capfuls to a hot bath.

For a Foot Bath or Basin: Add ½ cap to warm water.

Mix to dissolve and submerge body or feet.
